Graham Cracker Salad Recipe
- Graham crackers
- Lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 c. thawed Cold Whip
- 2 c. cool lowfat milk
- 21 ounce. cherry pie filling
- Line 9 x 9 inch pan with whole graham crackers.
- Mix pudding with lowfat milk till blended.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Blend in Cold Whip.
- Pour 1/2 mix over crackers, top with another layer of graham crackers.
- Add in rest of pudding mix.
- Top with another layer of graham crackers.
- Top with cherries.
- Refrigerate3 hrs, or possibly overnight in refrigerator.
