Sausage and Potatoes

  1. Prepare vegetables and sausage.
  2. Add oil in large skillet, add sausage turning often until edges are brown.
  3. Remove meat from skillet.
  4. Add potatoes to skillet cook on med.
  5. high until tender and edges begin to brown.
  6. Once potatoes are tender add garlic, onions, and bell pepper cook for about 5 minutes until translucent then add chicken broth cover and cook for another 5-6 minutes then add all season and sausage cook for 5 minutes and your done!
  7. Enjoy
  8. SIDE NOTE: On the side I sauteed mushrooms and spinach because I'm the only one in the house that eats them and then I added them to my plate and mix it in with the potatoes and sausage.
