Meat Balls With Orange-Curry Sauce

  1. For Meatballs:.
  2. In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except butter.
  3. Mix well.
  4. shape into small meatballs, (about 2" or so).
  5. heat butter in skillet and brown meatballs on all sides.
  6. reduce to simmer and cover to desire doneness.
  7. Drain.
  8. Keep warm.
  9. For Sauce:.
  10. melt butter in saucepan, stir in flour and blend well.
  11. add curry, broth, stock and zest; stirring contantly.
  12. cook until reduced and thickened.
  13. Pour sauce over meatballs.
  14. Serve with rice.
