Creamy Noodles with Chicken and Broccoli

  1. In skillet heat oil, cook chicken and thyme until golden brown and no longer pink inside.
  2. Transfer to plate.
  3. Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper into skillet stirring for 30 seconds.
  4. Whisk in chicken stock and bring to a boil.
  5. Boil until slightly thickened.
  6. In large pot cook noodles for 3 minute, then add broccoli, and cook until pasta is tender.
  7. Drain and return to pot adding sauce, chicken and sour cream.
