All Bran Malt Loaf
- 1 cup bran all
- 1 cup brown sugar soft
- 1 cup fruit mix
- 1 cup milk low-fat or non-fat
- 1 cup flour, all-purpose or whole wheat
- Put the All Bran, sugar, fruit and milk into a basin and mix.
- Leave for ten minutes.
- Then stir in 1 cup of flour to the mixture.
- Put in a *greased and floured loaf tin on bottom shelf Gas No.
- 6 for 1 1/4 hours.
