Easy Chicken Quesadillas

  1. Combine chicken, sour cream, soup and salsa in a bowl.
  2. Divide chicken mixture and cheese evenly among 4 tortillas.
  3. Cover with remaining tortillas.
  4. Heat one tortilla stack in a large skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Turn tortilla over and repeat for another 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  6. Repeat with the remaining tortilla stacks.
  7. Cut each one into 4 wedges and serve with additional salsa and sour cream.
