Pacific Flank Steak

  1. In a small bowl combine oil, soy sauce, honey, red wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, and green onion.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Place steak in a large plastic bag, pour marinade over and secure bag tightly.
  4. Allow meat to marinate in refrigerator for at least 5 hours, turning several times.
  5. Grill about 2" above "white hot" coals or under a broiler for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  6. To serve, slice thin strips diagonally across the grain of the meat.
