Triple-Citrus Creamy Pie
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk, divided
- zest and juice from 1 lime, separated
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
- 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
- zest and juice from 1 orange
- zest and juice from 1 lemon, separated
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup condensed milk, lime zest and 1 Tbsp.
- lime juice with mixer until blended.
- Whisk in 1 cup COOL WHIP.
- Spread onto bottom of crust.
- Beat orange zest, all remaining juices, remaining condensed milk and dry pudding mix in medium bowl with mixer 2 min.
- Whisk in 1 cup COOL WHIP.
- Spread over cream cheese layer.
- Stir lemon zest into remaining COOL WHIP; spread over pie.
- Refrigerate 4 hours.
