Dressed Up Pita Pocket
- 4 cups romaine lettuce leaves, chopped
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Fat Free Ranch Dressing
- 4 whole wheat pita bread rounds, cut in half
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Light Bologna
- 2 cups frozen vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
- Toss lettuce, onions and tomatoes with dressing, set aside.
- Fill each pita with 2 slices bologna and 1/4 of the lettuce mixture.
- Enjoy 1/2 cup frozen yogurt and 1 Tbsp.
- almonds per serving for dessert.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with their pita.
