My Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms
- 1 As Many Mushrooms as you want
- 1 philli Soft Cheese
- 150 grams Parma Ham, or as many slices as you need
- 4 tbsp Grated Cheese
- 2 tbsp Chopped small Onions
- 1 cucumber diced
- Lay all the mushrooms out, and just pull out the middle stem, lay them spaced for whatever filling you prefer
- For 3 of them I put in the onions first then Grated Cheese fill the hole and wrap in foil.
- The others with parma ham and soft philli, lay ham down flat put the mushroom on it, fill then pull sides of ham around the mushroom, place the other slice across the top, then wrap in foil.
- Also diced cucumber, philli and parma ham wrapped around.
- And Sliced cheese and cucumber.
- No ham.
- Anything really.
- Garlic mixed in soft cheese is gorgeous.
- Cook for 20 -30 mins on gas 5 or 150.
- For the last 5 mins take off the foil and cook for 5 minutes , makes them a little criper.
- Great as a side dish, or a buffet.
