Fennel-Orange Gremolata

• 1/4 c. chopped fennel fronds
• 1/4 c. finely chopped flat-leaf parsley leaves
• 1 tsp. finely grated orange zest
• 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
• salt

1. Mix all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
