Chicken in sage onion turmeric sauce

  1. Take the skin off the pork belly, save it for frying later.... or for fishing
  2. Preheat oven 400 Fahrenheit.
  3. Cut the pork belly into bite sized pieces.
  4. Add to a pan add sage.
  5. Slice the chicken in half if they are thick.
  6. Add 1 cup chicken broth, and onion boil for 5 minutes, and add the chicken breast.
  7. In a container add the 3/4 cup of chicken broth.
  8. Add the sage, garlic, salt, and turmeric, mix well.
  9. Bring to a boil covered cooking for 7 minutes.
  10. Add the seasoned broth.
  11. Add to the oven cook 35-40 minutes.
  12. Take out of the oven.
  13. Remove the chicken and boil the broth onions and pork belly.
  14. Mix the water and arrowroot powder.
  15. And add to broth it will thicken, keep stirring constantly.
  16. Add chicken back coating the chicken bring back to boil.
  17. Remove from heat let sit 5 minutes, serve.
