Crockpot Chili
- 1 lb Ground Beef (brown and drain)
- 1 large Can Kidney Beans (drain)
- 1 large Can Chili Beans (do not drain)
- 2 cup Catsup
- 1 large Can Tomato Puree or Crushed Tomato
- 3/4 cup Water (optional)
- 2/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp Beef Base
- 2 tbsp Chicken Base
- 1/2 cup Dried Onion
- 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Corriander
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Cilantro
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- Combine all ingredients in crockpot and set to low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Stiring occasionally.
- May sprinkle with grated cheese and raw onion when serving if desired.
