Tenderlicious chocolate cake

  1. Prepare 2 bowls.
  2. Put 75 grams sugar in each
  3. Put the egg whites in one bowl and the yolks in the other
  4. Whip the yolks and the sugar with a whisk until creamy
  5. Melt the chocolate with the butter until homogeneous ( i do it in the microwave oven)
  6. Add the chocolate to the yolks and sugar mix.
  7. Stir
  8. Add the milk an the flour and stir.
  9. Preheat the oven at 180C
  10. Whip the egg whites , the sugar and a pinch of salt with a whisk.
  11. Add them to the chocolate mix and stir gently until homogeneous.
  12. Put the mix into a baking pan (24 cm) and put it in the oven for 25-30 minutes
  13. Let it cool in the oven with open door
  14. Put it on a plate.
  15. Spread powdered sugar on the top and serve!
