Dipped Strawberries
- 1/2 to 1 cup ripe strawberries, rinsed, stems intact
- 1 sprig fresh mint
- 2 to 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1/3 cup sour cream or creme fraiche
- Put the strawberries in a serving dish and garnish with the mint.
- Put the sugar and sour cream in two separate small dishes or ramekins.
- Serve.
- To eat, dip the strawberries first in the sugar and then into the sour cream.
