Easy Crackpot Chili Verde

  1. turn crock pot on high pour in the enchilada sauce, salsa, can of jalapenos, 1/2 the white onion and 2 chopped or grated cloves of garlic
  2. trim and cube pork
  3. in a large skillet heat oil
  4. add onion and other 2 cloves of chopped or grated garlic
  5. add meat
  6. brown off pork
  7. add pork to crock pot and cook until the meat starts to fall apart
  8. serve with flour tortillas and sour cream
