Baked Cheesy Spaghetti

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Cook pasta according to manufacturers instructions or use leftover pasta.
  3. When done drain the pasta then put it back into the empty pot or in a large bowl.
  4. Mix it with the spaghetti sauce and 1/2 cup Parmesan.
  5. Set aside.
  6. In another bowl mix together the spinach, ricotta and onion dip mix.
  7. Place half the pasta mixture in the dish.
  8. Top with the spinach ricotta cheese layer and then top that with the rest of the spaghetti.
  9. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese for topping.
  10. Bake 350 F for 30-45 minutes or until lightly browned on top and heated through.
