Summertime Meat Loaf

  1. In large mixing bowl, lightly beat together eggs.
  2. Add 1 cup tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce and salt.
  3. Mix. To mixture, add bread crumbs, milk, beef and onion.
  4. Mix lightly. Shape into 6 oval loaves.
  5. Cook in butter in large skillet over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Combine remaining tomato sauce to 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Turn meat loaves and brush with sauce.
  8. Cook 5 minutes more or until done.
  9. Heat remaining sauce and spoon over meat.
  10. Yields 6 servings.
