Michigan Sauce Recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
- 1/2 green pepper (diced)
- 1 (16 ounce.) jar salsa
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- Salt, pepper and Tabasco to taste
- 1 1/2 tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. horseradish
- 2 sm. onions (diced)
- Fry hamburger till crumbly, if extremely fatty drain fat.
- Add in rest of ingredients and simmer for 2 hrs or possibly till desired thickness.
- Use over warm dogs in buns and garnish with mustard and onions if you like.
