Two Crust Pastry Recipe
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 c. Crisco
- 1/4 c. warm water
- Mix the flour and salt together.
- Cut in the Crisco, using 2 knives or possibly a pastry blender.
- Add in the warm water and mix well.
- Divide in half; roll out 1/2 on a floured surface, a little larger than the pie pan you are going to use for your pie.
- Place in pie pan, cutting it off to fit the pan.
- Roll out the other half to use for the upper crust.
