Mini Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Beat egg and milk in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add beef, crackers and ranch powder, and mix until just combined.
  4. Form mini loaves that fit in the palm of your hand.
  5. Place the loaves into a casserole dish and drizzle with teriyaki sauce.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes.
  7. I serve with ketchup and ranch dressing.
