Mini Meatloaf
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1- 1/2 pound Ground Beef
- 1 cup Crumbled Crackers (I Use Club)
- 2 Tablespoons Ranch Dressing Powder (or A 1-ounce Packet)
- 1 bottle Teriyaki Sauce (12 Ounce Bottle)
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Beat egg and milk in a mixing bowl.
- Add beef, crackers and ranch powder, and mix until just combined.
- Form mini loaves that fit in the palm of your hand.
- Place the loaves into a casserole dish and drizzle with teriyaki sauce.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- I serve with ketchup and ranch dressing.
