Flexible 15 Minute Chicken & Rice Dinner

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken; cover.
  3. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet.
  5. Add soup and water to skillet; stir.
  6. Bring to boil.
  7. Stir in rice.
  8. Top with chicken; cover.
  9. Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
  10. Stir.
  11. Variations: Cheesy Broccoli Chicken & Rice: Stir in 2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets, thawed, and 1/4 lb.

  13. VELVEETA Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread, cut up, with rice.
  14. Continue as directed.
  15. Cheese & Salsa Chicken & Rice: Substitute 1 jar (16 oz.)

  17. Increase water or milk to 1-1/2 cups.

  19. Continue cooking on low heat 5 minutes.
  20. BBQ Chicken & Rice: Substitute 3/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce for soup.
  21. Increase water to 2 cups.
  22. Add 1 cup frozen corn with water and barbecue sauce.
  23. Continue as directed.
  24. Oriental Chicken & Rice: Substitute cream of mushroom soup for cream of chicken soup.
  25. Add 3 Tbsp.
  26. soy sauce with soup and water.
  27. Stir in 1 pkg.

  29. frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed, with rice.
  30. Continue as directed.
  31. Italiano Chicken & Rice: Substitute 2 cups jarred spaghetti sauce for soup.
  32. Reduce water or milk to 1 cup.
  33. Continue as directed, topping chicken with 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese and 1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese; cover.
  34. Continue cooking on low heat 5 minutes.
  35. Creamy Green Bean Chicken & Rice: Substitute condensed cream of mushroom soup for chicken soup.
  36. Stir in 1 pkg.

  38. frozen green beans, thawed, with rice.
  39. Continue as directed.
  40. Just before serving, sprinkle with 1/2 cup canned French fried onions.
  41. Chicken & Rice Florentine: Increase water or milk to 1-1/2 cups.
  42. Stir in 1 pkg.

  44. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained, and 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Swiss or Cheddar Cheese with rice.
  45. Continue as directed.
