Herbed Orzo

  1. Prepare 1 1/2 cups orzo (about two-thirds 16-ounce package) according to package directions.
  2. Drain well; in serving bowl, toss with 1 tablespoon each fresh thyme leaves and olive oil and salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste.
  3. Makes 4 servings.
