Herbed Orzo
- 1 1/2 c. orzo
- 1 tbsp. fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tbsp. salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Prepare 1 1/2 cups orzo (about two-thirds 16-ounce package) according to package directions.
- Drain well; in serving bowl, toss with 1 tablespoon each fresh thyme leaves and olive oil and salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste.
- Makes 4 servings.
