Grilled Balsamic Steak Salad
- 1 beef sirloin steak (1 lb./500 g), 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick, well trimmed Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 2 large yellow peppers, cut lengthwise in half
- 1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
- 4 cups torn mixed salad greens or spring greens
- 1 large tomato, cut into wedges King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
- Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Brush steak and insides of peppers with 2 Tbsp.

- Grill steak and peppers 10 min.
- or until steak is medium doneness (160 degrees F), turning after 5 min.
- (Peppers do not need to be turned.)
- Meanwhile, place greens on four serving plates; top with tomatoes and onions.
- Cut steak across the grain into thin slices; cut peppers into strips.
- Arrange steak and peppers over salads.
- Drizzle evenly with the remaining 1/4 cup dressing.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
