Grilled Balsamic Steak Salad

  1. Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush steak and insides of peppers with 2 Tbsp.
  3. of the dressing.
  4. Grill steak and peppers 10 min.
  5. or until steak is medium doneness (160 degrees F), turning after 5 min.
  6. (Peppers do not need to be turned.)
  7. Meanwhile, place greens on four serving plates; top with tomatoes and onions.
  8. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices; cut peppers into strips.
  9. Arrange steak and peppers over salads.
  10. Drizzle evenly with the remaining 1/4 cup dressing.
  11. Sprinkle with cheese.
