Sticky Asian-Glazed Grilled Chicken

  1. In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, honey, soy sauce, chili powder, and ginger.
  2. Rub the chicken with the oil, season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and grill until cooked through or an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast registers 165 degrees F, 4 to 6 minutes per side, basting with the sauce mixture during the last 3 minutes of cooking.
