Chocolate-Peanut Butter Pie
- 1 (21.5 oz.) pkg fudge brownie mix
- 1/2 c. chopped peanuts
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2-3 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 c. heavy cream, chilled
- 2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 tsp. butter
- Generously butter a 10-inch pie pan; set aside.
- Prepare brownies as directed on package, spread in prepared pan, and bake at 350u0b0 about 20 minutes, until edges are set and middle is somewhat liquid.
- With back of a greased spoon, move batter away from middle and up sides so that a rim is formed and the shape is that of a pie shell.
- Return to oven and continue baking at 350u0b0 10-15 minutes longer, until center is set.
- Remove from oven and press peanuts into bottom and up sides of shell.
- Cool completely on wire rack.
