Marcia's Baked Chicken Breast With Cheese and Cornbread Stuffing
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thawed
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1 14 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 6 ounces cornbread stuffing mix
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place thawed chicken breasts in 9" X 12" pan, cover with grated cheese.
- Mix soup with a little milk and lemon juice, spread over cheese.
- Sprinkle top with stuffing mix (as is, straight from the box).
- Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours, or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
