Banana-Chocolate Chip Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Measure dry ingredients and chips.
  3. Mix together in a large bowl and set aside.
  4. Use food processor or blender to mix shortening, sugar, juice, eggs and bananas and process until smooth.
  5. Pour banana mixture into bowl with dry ingredients and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour batter into greased 8 x 4-inch loaf pan and bake for about 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Cool on wire rack before slicing.
  7. Tastes great plain or with cream cheese.
  8. The perfect recipe for very ripe bananas!
