Sharon's Best Rib-Eye Steaks

  1. Brush the steaks on both sides with oil.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the remaining ingredients and rub on both sides of the steaks.
  3. Place the steaks in a shallow glass dish, cover with plastic wrap, and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Heat the grill.
  5. Grill over medium coals, 5-6 minutes on each side for medium rare.
  6. Transfer the steaks to a cutting board, let stand for 5 minutes, then thinly slice crosswise on an angle.
  7. Arrange on a warm serving platter and garnish with orange slices and parsley sprigs.
