PX Sundae

• 2 scoops vanilla bean ice cream
• 1 tbsp. crushed pecans
• 1/2 tbsp. whole fennel seeds
• 1/4 tsp. fresh ground cinnamon
• 1 fl. oz. Pedro Ximenez Sherry
• 1 dash julienned orange zest

1. Place ice cream in serving container then top with Sherry, followed by pecans, cinnamon, fennel and pecans.
2. Garnish with orange zest.
