Low-Fat Spiced Apple-Berry Cups
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (0.3 oz) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
- 3/4 cup ice cubes
- 1 cup cinnamon-flavored applesauce
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping, divided
- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Add ice; stir until imelted.
- Stir in applesauce.
- Remove 1-1/2 cups gelatin; set aside at room temperature.
- Stir 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP into remaining gelatin; spoon into 6 dessert glasses.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until set but not firm.
- Top with reserved gelatin.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
- Serve topped with remaining COOL WHIP.
