Low-Fat Spiced Apple-Berry Cups

  1. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Add ice; stir until imelted.
  4. Stir in applesauce.
  5. Remove 1-1/2 cups gelatin; set aside at room temperature.
  6. Stir 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP into remaining gelatin; spoon into 6 dessert glasses.
  7. Refrigerate 1 hour or until set but not firm.
  8. Top with reserved gelatin.
  9. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  10. Serve topped with remaining COOL WHIP.
