Mini Meatball Slider Appetizers
- 1 lb. extra-lean ground beef Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup thin red onion slices
- 3 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fig Balsamic Dressing
- 1/2 cup Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- 1 baguette
- 6 Cracker Barrel Mozzarella Cheese Slices, cut diagonally in half
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cover 2 rimmed baking sheets with foil; spray with cooking spray.
- Mix first 5 ingredients just until blended; shape into 48 (1-1/2-inch) meatballs.
- Place on prepared baking sheets.
- Bake 16 min.
- or until done (160 degrees F).
- Meanwhile, cook onions in dressing in medium skillet on medium heat 6 to 8 min.
- or until onions are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Add pasta sauce; cook and stir 1 min.
- or until heated through.
- Cut baguette crosswise into 12 pieces, then cut each piece lengthwise in half.
- Fill with cheese, meatballs and sauce just before serving.
