Chicken Roll-Ups
- 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp. chives
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. soft butter
- 1 c. cooked, cubed chicken
- 1/2 c. mushroom slices
- 1 pkg. crescent rolls
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/3 c. crushed corn flakes
- Combine corn flakes and nuts in small bowl.
- Mix cream cheese, chives, 2 tablespoons butter and salt.
- Stir in chicken and mushrooms.
- Spread about 1/4 cup chicken mixture on each roll and roll up, starting at short end.
- (Rolling pin helps to enlarge crescent roll.)
- Tuck sides under to seal.
- Roll in melted butter and then nut mixture.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with chicken gravy.
