Honey-Mustard Ginger Grilled Chicken

  1. Mix mustard, marmalade, ginger and garlic.
  2. Place chicken in glass dish or plastic bag.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of the mustard mixture over chicken; turn to coat.
  4. Cover.
  5. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  6. Remove chicken from mustard mixture; discard mustard mixture.
  7. Grill or broil chicken 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  8. Heat remaining mustard mixture.
  9. Serve over chicken.
