Where to get your Protein
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 crushed pepper
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 oregano leaves
- 1 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 olive oil
- 1 fresh baby arugula
- 1 fresh kale
- 1 hardboiled egg
- 3 strawberries
- 1 cucumbers
- 1 grape tomatoes
- 1 red peppers
- 1 your favorite dressing
- Preheat oven at 350C, put water to boil and preheat your frying pan at medium temperature.
- Put the egg in the boiling water.
- Rub your chicken with the chicken breast ingredient.
- And add to the frying pan when its ready.
- Cover the frying pan so that the heat can be trapped, moisturizing the chicken.
- Put the red peppers into the oven until the chicken is cooked well-done.
- Assemble the rest of the ingredients onto the plate, mixing in your favorite dressing.
- Add chicken, egg, and oven roasted peppers on to the plate.
- You may add parmesean cheese, pesto or garlic powder for enhanced flavors!
