Bacon Bruschetta
- 3 each French baguettes (12 inch), cut diagonally into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 1-1/2 cups PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, minced
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
- 3 cups tomatoes, halved, seeded and chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 3/4 cup green onions, sliced
- Mix cream cheese, parsley and garlic until well blended.
- For each serving: Spread 1 rounded teaspoonful cream cheese mixture on each of 3 bread slices; sprinkle each slice with about 1/4 tsp.
- bacon, 2 tsp.
- tomato and 1/2 tsp.
- onion.
- Place on baking pan.
- Bake in 350F-convection oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
