Bacon Bruschetta

  1. Mix cream cheese, parsley and garlic until well blended.
  2. For each serving: Spread 1 rounded teaspoonful cream cheese mixture on each of 3 bread slices; sprinkle each slice with about 1/4 tsp.
  3. bacon, 2 tsp.
  4. tomato and 1/2 tsp.
  5. onion.
  6. Place on baking pan.
  7. Bake in 350F-convection oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.
