Easy Chicken Stir-Fry

  1. Mince garlic and mix with soy sauce, sesame oil and ketchup in a container.
  2. Seal.
  3. Shake the container vigorously until the mixture is blended.
  4. Heat Mixture in a wok and add sliced chicken breasts.
  5. Stir-fry on high for 2 to 3 minutes then add chopped green pepper.
  6. Continue to stir-fry at high temperatures until the chicken is done.
  7. This dish is best served over rice.
