Easy Chicken Stir-Fry
- 4 each chicken breasts boneless/sliced into small strips
- 1 medium green bell peppers
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce, tamari
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- Mince garlic and mix with soy sauce, sesame oil and ketchup in a container.
- Seal.
- Shake the container vigorously until the mixture is blended.
- Heat Mixture in a wok and add sliced chicken breasts.
- Stir-fry on high for 2 to 3 minutes then add chopped green pepper.
- Continue to stir-fry at high temperatures until the chicken is done.
- This dish is best served over rice.
