Sardines in Rashers
- 1 bacon rasher
- 1 sardine
- Cayenne
- Lemon juice
- Cut thin slices of bacon; place a sardine on each piece.
- Add a good dash of cayenne and a squeeze of lemon, then roll and skewer; fry in a dry frypan until bacon is just cooked.
- Serve very hot on toast.
