Raspberry Dream Cups

  1. Sprinkle graham crumbs onto bottoms of 12 paper-lined muffin cups.
  2. Add boiling water to jelly powder in large bowl; stir 2 min.
  3. until completely dissolved.
  4. Cool 5 min.
  5. ; pour into blender.
  6. Add cream cheese product, cottage cheese and lime juice; blend well.
  7. Pour into large bowl.
  8. Whisk in Cool Whip.
  9. Spoon into prepared muffin cups.
  10. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  11. Remove paper liners from desserts before serving.
  12. Top desserts with berries and zest.
