Wonderful Cheese Grits

  1. Bring milk to a boil.
  2. Add 1/2 cup margarine and stir in grits.
  3. Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture is the consistency of oatmeal (about 5 minutes).
  4. Remove from heat, add salt and pepper and beat mixture well with eggbeater.
  5. Add the 1/3 cup margarine, stir in Swiss cheese and pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
  8. This can be made the day before and cooked when ready to serve.
  9. The cheeses give this dish a unique taste.
  10. Compliments game beautifully.
  11. Serves 10.
