Mexican Soup

  1. * Fry hamburger in large pot, drain off fat.
  2. * Add celery and onion, cook over medium/low heat until tender.
  3. * Add corn and seasonings, cook 10 minutes.
  4. * Add salsa and water, heat to a boil.
  5. * Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. * Stir in penne, cook until tender.
  7. * Ladle into soup bowl and top with shredded cheese.
