Quick & Easy Crab Cakes

  1. Add boiling water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.
  2. Let stand 5 min.
  3. Beat eggs in large bowl.
  4. Add crabmeat; mix lightly.
  5. Stir in stuffing.
  6. Shape into 6 patties.
  7. Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat.
  8. Add patties; cook 5 min.
  9. on each side or until heated through and lightly browned on both sides.
  10. Serve with lemon wedges.
