Mary Vieke's Homemade Noodles Recipe

  1. Beat yolks and egg till well mixed.
  2. Beat in lowfat milk, salt and baking pwdr.
  3. Stir into flour.
  4. This will make a stiff dough.
  5. May need to knead 8 to 10 times.
  6. Divide dough into 3 parts.
  7. Roll out as thin as possible on lightly floured board.
  8. I cut the noodles with a noodle cutter.
  9. Allow them to dry on waxed paper and then freeze till ready to use.
