Liverwurst And Rice Balls Recipe
- 1 pound liverwurst
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 Large eggs
- 3/4 c. minced onions
- 1 ring Polska Kelbalsa sausage
- 1 pkg. Sauerbraten gravy
- Beat Large eggs golden brown yellow.
- Mix liverwurst with egg mix; add in the minced onions.
- Mix in cooked rice then form into golf ball size rice balls.
- Place into deep fry pan loosely.
- Cut sausage into lengths the same size as rice balls and place them in between.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 min, then pour the Sauerbraten gravy over the whole wretched mess and bake 15 min more.
- Will serve 5.
