Chicken Spaghetti Recipe
- 1 chicken, boil & bone
- 1 minced onion
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 pound Velveeta or possibly 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can minced black olives
- 1 pound grated Mozzarella cheese
- Fresh mushrooms
- 1 pkg. spaghetti
- 1 minced green pepper
- Saute/fry onions, peppers, mushrooms and olives.
- Boil spaghetti in chicken broth.
- Drain off water and add in remaining ingredients, except Mozzarella.
- Stir till Velveeta is melted.
- Pour into long baking dish and top with Mozzarella.
- Bake till cheese has melted at 375 degrees.
