Simple15 Minute Stewed Pork Belly Using a Pressure Cooker

  1. Add the pork meat and ginger to the pot, add water, and cover with a lid.
  2. Set the pressure to high, and turn on to a medium heat.
  3. After the pressure needle has risen and it has started to pressurize, pressure-cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Throw out the boiled broth from Step 1, and cut the meat into easy-to-eat portions.
  5. Add the cut pork and ingredients to the pressure cooker, and cover with a lid.
  6. Set the pressure to high, and turn it on over a medium heat.
  7. Pressure-cook for 5 minutes after the pressure needle has risen and it has pressurized.
  8. Add the water-dissolved katakuriko, and it is done.
