Pizza Balls
- 3 can Buttermilk Biscuits (10 per can)
- 56 slice pepperoni
- 1 packages Colby Jack Cheese (block)
- 1 Egg (Beaten)
- 1 Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Italian Seasoning
- 1 Garlic Powder
- 1 can Pizza Sauce (8 oz.)
- Preheat oven to 425
- Cut block of cheese into 28 squares
- Flatten biscuit and stack cheese and pepperoni on top
- Gather edges of biscuit and fold on top
- Line up in a greased 9x13 pan
- Brush with beaten egg
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning, garlic powder & parmesan cheese on top
- Bake 8-10 min until golden brown
