Jicama Salsa
- 1 12 cups diced peeled jicama
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 13 cup orange juice
- 14 cup orange section
- 1 teaspoon minced chives
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh basil
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped of fresh mint
- 12 teaspoon agave syrup
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
