Light Stuffed French Toast

  1. In a bowl combine cream cheese and 2 tablespoons fruit.
  2. Slice bread almost open and fill with cream cheese mixture.
  3. In a shallow bowl beat egg whites, egg, milk, vanilla, and spice mix.
  4. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium high heat.
  5. Dip bread in egg mixture on both sides.
  6. cook bread in skillet for about 3 minutes.
  7. In a saucepan heat 1/2 cup spreadable fruit until melted.
  8. Serve over French toast.
