Vegetarian Natto Yamamaimo Bake
- 2 packs Natto
- 100 ml Yamaimo (grated)
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 100 ml Water
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce (natto sauce is also OK)
- 1 Olive oil
- Place the natto in a bowl and mix.
- Then add the grated yamaimo and soy sauce and mix again.
- Add flour and water to the bowl and mix together.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
- Use a ladle to scoop out the Step 2 mixture into pancakes and fry in the pan.
- Once both sides have fully cooked, they're complete.
