Vegetarian Natto Yamamaimo Bake

  1. Place the natto in a bowl and mix.
  2. Then add the grated yamaimo and soy sauce and mix again.
  3. Add flour and water to the bowl and mix together.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
  5. Use a ladle to scoop out the Step 2 mixture into pancakes and fry in the pan.
  6. Once both sides have fully cooked, they're complete.
